My wife and I received similar emails (Card production ordered). I just posted in a diff thread. Our 10-yr wait is over.
PD - Nov 2004
I-140 - approved 03/05
I-485 - RD - 08/07, ND - 10/03
CP ordered - 08/08
(one year and one day since we applied for AOS)
I got an email today from USCIS stating this
Current Status: Card production ordered.
I did not receive any other approval notice. I hope this means that our 485 is approved and the cards have been ordered ?
My PD Is May 2003

You are talking about 2004, 05. What about 2001, 2002 and 2003? There are so many people with 2002 priority dates still waiting just like me. Mine is 02/2002

On July 25th lawyer sent my documents 140 & 485 concurrent, PD port from previous I-140 approval (approved at Nebraska).
Reached Nebraska Service Centre on July 26th.
Will it be processed at Nebraska Service centre or Texas Service centre? According to new direct filing instructions my employer and my residence comes under Texas Service centre.

They recaptured unused Visas once, somewhere in 1997 I'm not sure exactly when it happened, but that took care of the backlog then.
The main thing which we are struggling with are the 200K H1B between 1999 & 2001 and one more reason is 245i cases. In the year 2001 Clinton Administration gave Amnesty to Illegals, they were given opportunity to file their 485s with PD of April'2001...Now this is controversial, as I have even asked few lawyers about which categoy they fell in ? Some says 'EB-3' other says 'Other Workers' Category.
If it is EB-3 you know the answer why the dates haven't passed the big hump of 2001 in last 4 years...

But even if it was 65000, from India, I'm sure most of them took a big slice, lets say 30%= 20,000 H1 visas. And did the 7% quota formula might have existed at that time too. If so, even then there must be quite a big line. Why were things current at any point, they must not be going by these numbers, and even assuming they did the processing without visa losses.

No, we have not tried calling yet. Both are on H1, so just have EAD for just peace of mind. Do let us know what you hear from the customer service.

Correct me If I am wrong
out of 45K members let's assume 22.5 K are EB2 and 22.5 K are EB3.
Even If 11.25K (EB2)+11.25K (EB3) = 22.5 K (Total) contributes $25 Each Problems gets solved ... but the catch is ....
Even 11.25 K EB2 members are not contributing because they don't have to as their problem is solved
Even 11.25 K EB3 members are not contributing because they are not sure even with this contribution their problems gets solved.
Many people are saying that EB3 members are not contributing that's why you are lagging etc...
EB3 Members who contributed are feeling the pain because even after contribution they are not getting the results and EB2 members who didn't contributed are getting the results...
I think I am now quite clear about the cause of all our backlogs :D. You said it dude, people who see their issues resolved are less likely to contribute. I guess by the same argument it is safe to assume if EB3 were getting approved faster, they would be contributing even less, as are EB2 right now, right?

None of the IV efforts resulted in only faster EB2 movement. So it is foolish to think that IV contributions are going towards only clearing EB2 cases. Does anyone, who has PD getting current (under EB2- I/C) during Aug/Sept. got their EAD Renewed, and cards received. ?? If so, what's your EAD-Renewal Appln Date / RD and Cards Received Date.
I suspect, USCIS is NOT issuing EAD Renewals, to probable Current PD holders, any more. :D hopefully. This is a good Sign, if true. Does anybody agree with me.. Let's Party out. :)

2. Click the options on the left when you logon to yahoo mail.
3. Then click the address book to the right.
4. Under management, click Import/Export.
5. Select the yahoo .csv option. Browse to the file and press the import button.
6. All the addresses should be under your contacts now.

I am EB2 - July 3rd 9:03 AM - R WIllialms - Nothing received yet ..
I called up yesterday and the lady on the phone tells me that we need to wait 90 BUSINESS days before we can raise a service ticket etc - Which is like 4 months nearly - November 2nd.
Anyone else got a similar response ?
To my knowledge its not business days, its 90 calendar days.

I have to get the EMP LETTER latest by Friday June 29th from employer.
For that i have to sign the agreement by June 28th Noon time.
Today is June 26th and they are still working on agreement with their lawyers and would probably give me the final agreement tomorrow 27th noon time.
Between 27th Noon and 28th Noon how can i consult a lawyer ??
I meant "whole sentence from the employment agreement". All depends on the wordings. If your agreement is linked to I-485 approval date then there is a way out. Every contract must have well defined terms. Since date for I-485 approval is not known, such contracts are difficult to stand in court of law. However, if it says "the employee must work for 2 years or 6-months after I-485 approval date (whichever is earlier) otherwise he/she will pay all GC related expenses" then the contract is more likely to be enforceable.
All depends on the wordings of the contract.
Please consult a good lawyer BEFORE signing any contract.

Thanks gc28262 for your contributions to this drive. I request others to pitch in as well. We can discuss the nitty-gritties till we bleed. But that won't achieve anything. It will not stop the minformation being spread. We have to collect enough evidence and present it to the media. 4-5 job ads is just the beginning, we need a collection of few hundred to prove this is the prevalent trend.
